As you can see, not only are you getting quite spacious residences. The lots are also quite generous in size.
If you have a small family, maybe one or two kids then the Celine model home is the perfect choice. Not only is the house efficiently designed to make good use of every square meter. The house itself has a beautiful, modern design. With a modest total floor area of 53 square meters, the Celine actually has more than enough space for a living and dining area at the ground floor (a small sofa set and a dining table for four people). The kitchen area already comes with built-in tiled countertop and sink, and overhead and under the sink cabinets for storage. On the second floor, you will find the three bedrooms (two regular and one Master’s) and the upstairs bathroom. The Master’s bedroom is obviously much larger than the two regular rooms but the regular rooms actually have a lot of space. They can fit a double-sized bed with no problem at all and if your children will be sharing a room, a bunk bed will fit inside both rooms.
Just like the Celine, the Cassey has plenty of outdoor space; at least enough open ground for a two-car garage, a front garden, lanai, and a wide backyard for another garden or for doing your laundry.
